Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the https://imageconverters.xyz/ website (the “Service”) operated by Image Converters (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

a. Eligibility

2. User Content
a. Definition
“User Content” refers to any image or file you upload to the Service for processing.
b. Your Rights and Responsibilities
You retain all ownership rights to the user content you upload. However, by uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process that User Content solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service to you. This license terminates automatically once the processing is complete and the file is deleted from our servers.
You are solely responsible for the user content you upload and affirm that you own the necessary rights or have obtained permission to use and convert it.
3. Privacy
Your privacy is critically important to us. Our Privacy Policy (which should be linked here if you create one) explains how we handle and protect your data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not permanently store your uploaded or converted images.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IMAGE CONVERTERS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR (III) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMAGE CONVERTERS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Image Converters and its licensees and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
- your use of and access to the Service;
- your violation of any term of these Terms;
- your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
- any User Content you upload.
7. Links to Other Websites
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Image Converters. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Image Converters shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
